Just like saying “all humans are x”, I think saying “all humans aren’t x” is using too broad of a stroke.
Sexuality lives in the grey areas - It seems more likely that some humans are more inclined toward monogamy & some aren’t. Because of social conditioning, the # of monogamous people is actually way higher than what it might be if we were a more open minded society.
For me personally, deep 1/1 relationships are echoed through my entire life. Not just sexually, but I have only a few close relationships and prefer to keep it that way. I don’t think that’s my social conditioning (I have rejected many things in my life that are), monogamy is a manifest of my social preferences.
